Truth: Actually, this is true! I am not saying that there aren’t some outrageously expensive designers out there, there certainly are. I am saying that hiring a designer usually ends up saving money. I know what you are thinking, but consider this; you need a new sofa. Simple, right? No, sofas are costly, and most people can’t afford to make mistakes. Now if you have many hours to spend doing your own research, then fine. But realistically speaking most people have jobs and don’t have time to educate themselves on everything they need to know about sofas! I think the best way to purchase anything for your home is to go to an expert, they have already done the research, they know what is out there and where to go for good deals. An interior designer will find a few great sofas that meet your criteria perfectly and then your choice is simplified. Viola!
